In order to obtain confirmation that we received your application please provide us with your email address.
I am hereby applying for the enrollment of my child to Camp Tzafona for the upcoming season. The $895 application fee will be refunded if the applicant is not accepted into camp. Upon acceptance the application fee will be deducted from the total cost of $4,395 USD. A grace period of 48 hours is given upon acceptance for the return of your deposit. I understand that this application is subject to approval and availability. All checks should be made payable to CAMP TZAFONA 1050 14 Street, Lakewood N.J 08701 or by using Zelle/Chase quick pay to BENAISENSTARK@GMAIL.COM.
